I would encourage anyone who has a child seriously interested in acting to participate in
this event. It is with the top of the industry professionals for children. This is the one place
you can come to without worrying if it is legitimate. As a matter of fact, I would believe it is
too good to be true if I weren't so familiar with the participants first hand. When you do come
you will be given accurate and truthful advice. You will not find an event like this anywhere, ever!!

My daughter and I attended the last CR Kids training. We both felt it was a valuable and fun experience. It was especially interesting to hear what the casting agents had to say about auditions. We both learned important information that will help my daughter's career.

"As a former SAG talent
agent, I consider myself to be fairly knowledgeable about the entertainment
industry.  When my 9 year old son expressed an interest in pursuing on-camera
acting, I knew immediately what it would take to get him started.  I chose to go
to CR Kids Weekend in the Desert because I knew that it would be a
very EFFICIENT way of getting my son coached, seen and evaluated, all in a
couple day's time.  He had a ball and gave the weekend a "fun-factor" rating of
a perfect 10!   After auditioning for 5 top-notch
agents on the second day of the weekend and getting a fair amount of one-on-one
time with each of them, 3 called him in for follow-up interviews back at their
offices in Los Angeles.  He's already met with one who offered to represent him
the very same day.  The next day they got him an audition for a SAG commercial
for a major fast food chain!

 I think if someone
would like to get the ball rolling sooner rather than later, the Weekend in the
Desert is the way to go...might as well have several different agents meet your
child in person, face to face, to get a true assessment if they have what it
takes.   Just being able to meet and be seen by these high-caliber agents would
be enough, in my opinion, to justify the cost of the weekend, but to have such
quality acting workshops with some of the best coaches in LA the day before,
truly made it a great value.  The guest speakers they brought in
for the parent workshops were excellent as well, very informative and
all significant players in the entertainment industry.  Another big draw for us
was the fact that it was at the Renaissance Esmerelda in Palm Desert--a great
setting and perfect for a fun weekend getaway for the
whole family.

I knew nothing about CR Kids
or Cyndee Romley before I stumbled upon this while searching the internet about
a month ago.  I am thrilled that we had the experience and can't say enough
great things about Cyndee.  She has been so helpful and I would highly recommend
this weekend workshop to anyone...a very unique opportunity that was worth every
penny."
